GREAT WEIGHT LOSS!

OK, I tried something different this past week - I've been eating smaller meals but more often as I read a report of a study showing that if you give exactly the same amount of food to one person to eat in 3 meals and the other person to eat in smaller meals during the day, the 3-meals person does not lose any weight but the 6-meals person does!
I have spent the last week trialing this theory and I'm happy to report that I lost 1.5 kilos this week! Unheard of for me as the most I've lost before is 1.1 kilos. Usually I'm happy with 0.5, 0.7 etc.
Woo-hoo! I'm going to keep it up whilst ever it's practical for me to do so!
RESULTS after 24 weeks:
Total lost = 18.4 kilos
Average weekly loss = 0.76 kilos
Percentage of body-weight lost = 16.28%
I'm pretty happy with those stats!
