Hello all!
I've been "Op" shopping again! I really can't justify buying clothes in my current size when they will only fit for few months so I've discovered the "op" shops!
Yesterday I found the following, all in great condition:
** 2 lined "good label" jackets
** 1 unlined, embossed evening jacket
** 3 smart, tailored blouses
** 1 "good label" long, lined dress
** 6 novels to add to my collection
TOTAL = $35 - Got to be happy with that!
Has anyone else had luck at the "Op" shops?

I wish!! Imagine me going to a Singaporean op shop where the largest size would be a 10 for the overweight local women LOL. I really wish I could do that though. Instead, I shop smart e.g. all pants must have belt loops so I'll be able to keep them on for longer.

Hi Gae - you asked about Hong Kong. Sorry - haven't been there. Look in your local library for the Lonely Planet Guide to Hong Kong. Or Frommers. Of the Rough Guide. They all have loads of info.

Your comment on Op shopping has prompted me to go and check out a store near my house tomorrow which I contribute regularly to but never buy except for themed nights(70's parties etc)
I bought some Sz14 jeans and by the time I got around to taking the hem up I have lost more weight and now I find I am always hictchiong them up!! I think i will follow Debs lead and get a belt!!
I have just set up my own blog today. Very much the novice at this but it is a work in progress
