TIME TO "FESS" UP - a GAIN this week!

OK, OK, it WAS totally expected!  Minding grandchildren and didn't track!  Ate too much bread - sandwiches and toast - always my downfall!

SO - back to track, track, tracking again!

I've looked back at my "stats" and it seems to happen everytime I reach an important milestone - I let down the traces, hop off the wagon for a week, then back into it again with a vengence!

Oh well, so long as the general trend is DOWNWARDS, I will get to goal in the end!

I hope you are doing better than me this week!

  1. Ah bugger. Atleast you can see a pattern there, goes to show how easy it is to become complacent when you can't really afford to be. Onward and upwards though, you've come such a long way and should be so super proud :D

  2. Ah Gae, I can see a similarity in us...the guard goes down when we are feeling a little too pleased with ourselves..haha And bread...it's terrible. My worst is rice crackers..they add up after a few beers..haha But soldier on my luvly..you will get there..just like me..one small step at a time!!!!
    Keep going!!! Erin.x.x.x

  3. Letting your guard down occasionally is not usally the issue its getting yourself back on track.
Gae you have been able to do this each time which is a testiment to your embracing the lifestyle change.

Life is for living and enjoying. Enjoying the grandchildren and joining them with the type of foods they like is part of that living.

Next week - a renewed focus and commitment and the results will follow

  4. Hey there Gae - Like the others have said at least you are aware of it and that you are getting back on track as soon as is the most important thing.

Enjoy the grandchildren - it is a wonderful thing to have and there memories will be filled with fun and laughter with there grandmother!
