SLOWLY, SLOWLY!!

Yes, it's been a very slow start to this year!

I'm not contributing much to our Easter Challenge having lost less than 2 kilos since the New Year! The total lost on the Challenge so far is approximately 280 kilos so that's great news!

I MUST try to fit in more exercise in spite of my poor ole knees! So, I hereby pledge this week to keep up with the tracking and the water and add MORE EXERCISE to my schedule!

Great to see so many new people online, many with new weight-loss blogs!

Thanks to all who have added themselves here as "followers"! I'll have to check all your blogs out too!

  1. Exercise is my issue too. Due to an old neck/back injury, I am at the chiropractor once a week, and can not even really walk for long without the jarring sensation affecting my neck. I've tried buying expensive runners, but it just doesn't make enough of a difference. I joined aqua aerobics last week for the first time, loved it, and the chiro said that it's the best my neck has been in months.
