UPPING MY EXERCISE THIS WEEK!

So, I know why my weight-loss has slowed right down so now it's time to up the anty and step up the exercise!

I've been using the fact that I have shin splints so that I can't walk very far to avoid exercise for most of this year!

HOWEVER, that doesn't stop me from doing something else does it? So yesterday and today I've re-introduced myself to the rowing machine and my hand weights! Started with 15 mins yesterday, up to 20 mins today and will keep increasing by 5 mins each day until I'm back to 45 mins of exercise each day!

Watch this space to see if my weight-loss increases next week or perhaps the following week!

I had a big heart to heart today about exercise, I always think of it as keeping me calm and not about losing those kilograms, because it is a stress reliever I feel like doing it for that and not weight loss - the weight loss is a bonus. Well done for the rower, I use everything else at the gym but that but will get on it soon. Martine
