I was stoked to see that I'd lost 1.3 kilos this week after some VERY small losses since the New Year!
This week I ate ALL my points and exercised on the rowing machine and also used my hand weights for approximately 30 minutes each day!
I think both my body and my mind needed a chance to catch up with the fact that 20 kilos were no longer part of me! Now, hopefully, it's full steam ahead for the remaining 28.4 kilos still to be lost - FOREVER!
I also tracked EVERYTHING that went into my mouth and drank at least 2 litres of water each day proving that if you work the program, it WILL WORK!
I leave you with this thought: "If you're kinda doing the program then you'll kinda lose weight!"

ReplyDeleteGreat loss! Sometimes it does take a bit for the body to catch up...and sometimes you need to up it a bit with the exercise to jolt your body into action! What you did worked! good job!
