Another good loss (for me) this week so that now I'm just 0.9 kilos from my half-way mark of 25 kilos!
I ate more protein this week, even having 50g of natural yoghurt for one of my snacks each day!
I've also upped my weights and incorporated 50 sit-ups into my daily routine! My stomach is definitely shrinking - thank heavens!!
Last night though, I was going through the freezer to see how much food needed to be finished off before I leave this place next Wednesday, and spied some pastries that I'd forgotten that I'd even bought!
So, you guessed it, it was savoury pastries for dinner last night instead of the chicken curry that I'd already cooked and tracked which resulted in a blow-out of 20 points over for the day!!!
WTF was I thinking!! Now it's going to take me the rest of the week to overcome that one meal! Oh well, I've put it behind me and I'm moving on to track, track, tracking!
