Yes, I'm happy to report a loss of 1.0 kilos this week! I'm hoping to be an 80's girl when I report back next week!
NO PROCESSED FOOD FOR ONE WEEK - This is my personal Challenge for this week and it's NOT easy! I'm really limited to:
** meat, chicken, fish
** fruit & vegies
Nothing whatsoever from a tin, jar or packet though I have been cooking frozen vegies as they are just that - vegies! No preservatives or anything added!
I just thought to give my body a rest from chemicals for a week and also I'm hoping to give my metabolism a bit more of a boost to ensure I'm an 80's girl next week!
I'm house-sitting / pet-sitting at Port Macquarie (Mid-Coast NSW) until after Easter so the dog ensures that I have an hour's walk each morning. Along with my daily sit-ups and hand-weight exercises, I'm also upping the exercise a bit this week too!
Hopefully, it will all be worth it!
