This time last year I didn't want to see anyone or do anything for my birthday as I looked and felt GROSS!!!!
After 40 weeks on the WW Program, I've lost over 25 kgs, I've gone from size 22 to size 16 clothes. I can jog and work-out for half an hour non-stop! I FEEL ALIVE!!!
My life has done a complete turn-around and I'm very, very proud of myself because I DID IT!! It's ME that weighs portions, tracks, drinks water and exercises approximately 1 hour per day!
Now, today, on my birthday, I do feel a little sad, thinking of all those wasted years when I was too embarrassed to REALLY LIVE!
So, my message to everyone today is - "Don't leave it too late to really start living! You and your family deserve you to be the VERY BEST you that you can be!"
Sure, it's hard work, but it's oh so worth it!!!
