FIRST SIGNIFICANT GAIN!!!

Hello all!

After a couple of really STRANGE days where I've eaten everything that wasn't nailed down, I've been rewarded this morning with a gain of 1.7 kilos!!!

OK, I have been eating my frustrations - yes I know, I should know better by now afterall I've been doing this WW caper for over 9 months now and in the past have been able to work off my frustrations without PIGGING OUT!

So, I'm putting it all behind me and back to staying within my daily points!

My normal routine is all out of whack so got to get back to looking after me again!

    I posted my first gain this week. It was only 100grams and that was bad enough mentally. I wish you well with your continued tracking & exercising. I look forward to seeing your positive weight loss figures in the future.

  2. Hi gae. I just wanted to say don't beat yourself up too much - a gain is bound to happen and i think you've done an amazing job so far and you should be so very proud. I hope all the stresses in your life get better, i think you'll find if you get back on track things might seem just that little bit better :-)

  3. hi Gae, you're such an inspiration to so many on the WW boards and probably from a lot of other places and your honesty in reporting your gains and what you did to deserve them is just as inspiring. I have no doubt you'll meet your goal by the end of the year!

  5. Hi Gae, as always your honesty and accountability make you a role model to others. I wouldn't be surprised if I have a gain this week too. I haven't coped too well with a bit of stress and haven't been making the best choices.
    Here's to a more controlled week next week.
