Hello all!
So, it's back to basics again - tracking, tracking, tracking! Keeping within my 19 points, walking for one hour each morning, drinking my water!
I bought myself a new set of WW scales to weigh on! I'm one of those people that need to keep daily track of my weight! Goodness knows how accurate they are but since Friday they show that I've already lost the weight gained last week so I'm expecting a good result at weigh-in this Thursday!
It's a great feeling going to bed each night knowing that I've done the very best I can do regarding my food, water and exercise for that day!
Well, that's enough about me! How have you been doing these past few days? Remember if you have a bad day, week or even month, you CAN still get yourself back on track and you'll feel marvelous again once you do!
