GOOD LOSS after last weeks "HICCUP"

Hello all

The scales smiled at me again this week with a 2.5 kg loss after last week's gain!

So, now it's onwards and downwards for me until the Bali wedding of my 2nd son at the end of September.

The dress I have on lay-by is a size 14 and I'm still a size 16 so a bit of work to do between now and then!

I hope everyone else is feeling positive today!
