** EVER CLOSER to 30 Kilos lost!

Hello all!

A pretty good week on the Wendie Plan! It's great to know that I now have the tools to deal with a HUGE-POINT day if or when it occurs!

Total lost for the week was 0.9 kgs! Better than my average of 0.6 kgs so got to be happy with that!

This coming week I MUST drink more water and do more exercise - both of which I was pretty slack with last week!

A long weekend coming up for us in NSW so let's hope the weather is fine!

  3. I will continue for another week, then decide if I do it this way until goal or not!

    Some do well on it, others don't! As our bodies all react differently, we just need to keep trying things until we find what works best for each of us!

    wow the Wendy plan has certainly worked for you with that great loss.

    I will store it away for when the plateau hits or I feel a need to mix things up
